    Our client, a high profile celebrity stylist, is seeking an onsite Studio Assistant 3+ days a week, 8-10 hours / day. This commission-based, 1099 opportunity means you'll have the freedom to shape your own success, all while joining a dynamic, growing team and reporting directly to a Managing Consultant. Upon joining the team, you will begin immediately with this client earning between $18-20 per hour.

    How You’ll Add Value:

    Provide comprehensive administrative tasks, among other client-requested tasks, as listed below:

    - Manage studio operations, including sample trafficking, inventory, and organization of fashion deliveries

    - Coordinate all sample shipments, including packing, unpacking, and organizing deliveries in an efficient and timely manner.

    - Management of client look guides including the packing and delivery of all client items, and the return of such.

    - Track all incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate documentation of every delivery.

    - Coordinate with messengers, shipping couriers, and brands to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

    - Assist with client fittings, photoshoots, and styling sessions, ensuring the smooth execution of each.

    - Liaise with brands, PR teams, and vendors to ensure proper communication and timely deliveries.

    - Handle budget management, track receipts, and assist with expense reporting.

    - Perform occasional market research and attend market appointments.

    - Maintain a structured calendar and help manage the stylist’s schedule.

    As a part of the Iris team, you will:

    - Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

    - Organize and manage documents and platforms utilized by Iris Partnering, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.

    - Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive client information and data.

    - Collaborate with other Consultants within the business on certain projects, tasks, and attend team meetings, fostering a teamwork culture.

    What You’ll Bring to the Client:

    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in office/studio management, preferably in fashion or a creative industry.

    - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

    - Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced, ever-changing priorities.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Proficiency in project management tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

    - Proven ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and handle receipts.

    - Experience coordinating shipments, working with couriers/messengers, and packing/unpacking boxes.

    - Professional demeanor, with the ability to handle confidential information.

    - Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

    What You’ll Bring to Iris:

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact with clients.

    - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively to achieve sales targets and fulfill responsibilities of clients.

    - Ability to conduct consultations, network effectively, and build relationships with clients.

    - Ability to handle ambiguity, necessary for managing responsibilities of clients and during the startup phase of Iris Partnering.

    - While Iris Partnering is supportive of independent virtual assistants, agencies, and firms, we are only considering applicants who can commit to working exclusively for Iris Partnering.

    - This position is exclusively open to candidates based in New York City, NY United States, and we are unable to consider applications from individuals residing outside the U.S.
