As a Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in building our business by successfully partnering with clients and exceeding expectations on the responsibilities to the client through Iris Partnering. This commission-based, 1099 opportunity means you'll have the freedom to shape your own success, all while joining a dynamic, growing team and reporting directly to the People and Operations Manager. • Provide comprehensive administrative tasks, including email and calendar management, social media management, bookkeeping, lead generation, acting as the first point of contact for phone calls, and website maintenance, among other client-requested tasks. (not all of these duties are for each client, this is a broad overview) You will be matched based on your skill level and expertise.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.This means setting up weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check-ins based on client needs.
• Organize and manage documents and platforms utilized by Iris Partnering, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
• Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive client information and data.
• Collaborate with other Consultants within the business on certain projects, tasks, and attend team meetings, fostering a teamwork culture.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by clients to ensure client success and satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
• A diverse and successful career background that can be leveraged to offer services successfully to clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact with clients.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively to fulfill responsibilities of clients.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, necessary for managing responsibilities of multiple clients and during the startup phase of Iris Partnering.
Important Notes of Consideration:
• While Iris Partnering is supportive of independent virtual assistants, agencies, and firms, we are only considering applicants who can commit to working exclusively for Iris Partnering. As part of our agreement to begin working with Iris Partnering, a non-compete clause is required, and candidates must be prepared to work solely for our organization.
• This position is exclusively open to candidates based in the United States, and we are unable to consider applications from individuals residing outside the U.S.

The starting earning opportunity at Iris Partnering is $18/hour. Consultants are required to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week, with additional hours depending on project availability.
